By using Tryft you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. You must be 18 or over

Tryft is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

This is not boilerplate. The app works by generating images of a body wearing clothes, and producing such images of a minor is something we will not do under any circumstances.

Everyone in a photograph you upload must also be 18 or over. The app lets you save more than one person, so this applies to each of them and not only to you. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, or that a photograph on an account is of someone under 18, we will delete that account and its photos.

Our image provider independently refuses to process images that appear to show a minor. If that happens, the app will tell you plainly and no render will be produced.

2. Only upload photos of yourself, or of an adult who agreed to it

You may upload a photograph of yourself, or of another adult who has agreed to you using it. Not a stranger, not a public figure, and not anyone who has not actually said yes.

You confirm, each time you upload a photo, that it is a photo of you or of someone aged 18 or over who has agreed to it, and that you have the right to use it.

There is no reliable technical way for us to verify this, so it rests on this term. Uploading a photo of someone who has not agreed is a breach of these terms and grounds for immediate termination.

If someone has uploaded a photograph of you, email admin@nomadlink.tech and we will remove it. That is the route to use, and it does not require an account. Be aware of what “remove” covers, because the app keeps two different things: we will delete the photograph itself, and we will delete the generated images that were made from it. Deleting a person inside the app is narrower — it deletes their photograph and leaves the images already made from it in the account holder's Looks, until those Looks are deleted or the account is. A Look the account holder never saved is still listed on the account holder's home screen while it holds a picture, so it can be deleted there. If you want those gone too, say so and we will remove them.

Garment photographs — the clothes you are trying on — are different. Those routinely come from marketplace listings, and using a listing photograph to see how the item might look on you is what the app is for.

3. What the app produces, and what it does not promise

Tryft produces AI-generated images. They are an approximation, generated by a machine learning model from the photographs you provide.

• A generated image is not a photograph of you wearing that item, and is not evidence of fit, size, colour accuracy, fabric, or condition.
• Colours in particular will differ from the real garment. Screens, lighting and the model itself all shift colour.
• Do not rely on a generated image as the sole basis for a purchase. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a seller on any marketplace, and we are not responsible for a purchase that disappoints you.

Every generated image is labelled as AI-generated within the app.

4. Credits

Renders are paid for with credits.

• Credits are consumable digital items. They are purchased through Google Play and are consumed when you use them.
• One render of a complete Look — every item you have placed, in a single generation — costs one credit, regardless of how many items it contains. The cost is shown on the button before you tap it.
• A render that fails is refunded automatically. You are not charged for a result you did not receive. The refund appears in your balance immediately.
• Previewing a colour is free. Only generating a new image costs a credit.
• New installs may receive a small number of free credits. This is a promotional grant, not a purchase, and it is at our discretion.

Credits are tied to your account. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another person, and cannot be exchanged for money.

If you delete your account, unspent credits are destroyed and are not refunded. The app warns you about this before you confirm deletion.

If you reinstall the app and restore your purchases, your unspent balance moves to your restored account. Credits you have already spent, and the Looks you created, do not move. This is stated on the purchase screen before you buy.

Refunds for credit purchases are handled by Google Play under its refund policy, and by your statutory rights, which these terms do not limit. If a purchase is refunded after you have spent the credits, your balance may go negative; you will not be able to generate new renders until it returns to zero or above. We will not reverse or delete images that were already generated and delivered.

5. Availability

We will try to keep the app working and will not always succeed. Generation depends on a third-party model provider. If that provider is unavailable, or we exhaust capacity, we will stop accepting renders and say so, rather than accepting them and failing.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the app. If we discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your Looks where we can.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

• upload a photograph of anyone who has not agreed to it, or of anyone under 18;
• upload sexual, violent, hateful or illegal imagery;
• use the app to create images intended to harass, impersonate or deceive;
• attempt to bypass the credit system, tamper with the app, or access another user's data;
• automate, scrape or resell access to the service.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without refund of unspent credits.

7. Reporting a result

Every generated image has a report control. Use it if a result is offensive, distorted, wrong, or shows an item that is not the one you provided.

To be certain a report reaches a person, email admin@nomadlink.tech with the render identifier shown on the result. That route always works. The in-app control is being connected to the same place, and until it is, email is the one to rely on.

Where a render was delivered but is visibly wrong, we may return the credit. That allowance is capped per day to keep it available to people who need it.

8. Your content and ours

You keep all rights in the photographs you upload and in the images generated from them. We claim none. Where a photograph is of someone else, the licence below rests on the confirmation you gave in section 2 — that they are an adult and agreed to it.

You grant us a limited licence to store and process your photographs only to operate the app for you: to generate images you request, to display them back to you, and to keep them for as long as the privacy policy says. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not use your photographs to train any AI model, and neither does our image provider. See the privacy policy for how this is guaranteed.

We keep all rights in the app itself.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any purchase you make or do not make on the basis of a generated image. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Tryft after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of NomadLink SRL's jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
